Refund policy

Change-of-mind returns

You may return new and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of the date of payment for a store credit. All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To arrange a return, contact us at admin@kpmmotorsport.com.au with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us straight away at admin@kpmmotorsport.com.au or (08) 8299 9998 with your order number and photos of the issue. Restocking fees do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
